Extras

Session fees cover any pre-session consultations.

Clients are responsible for budgeting of any additional items such props, rentals, location fees, etc.

All packages require 25% deposit prior to shooting.

PHOTO TURNAROUND

Average photo turn around is 1 week. Any rushes for a turnaround within 7 days will be an addition fee. Any same or next day turnaround rush’s will be at the discretion of MattFinish Photography.

VIDEO TURNAROUND

Average photo turn around is 2-4 weeks. Any rushes for a turnaround within 14 days will be an addition fee. Any same or next day turnaround rush’s will be at the discretion of MattFinish Photography.

OWNERSHIP

All high resolution jpeg digital files taken will be owned by the client with printing rights.

REFUNDS

Should any shots be lost, damaged, or destroyed the client has 7 business days to negotiate terms of a reshoot or refund at the MattFinish Photography’s discretion.

Please allow up to 14 business days for a full refund from any booking.

TRAVEL POLICY

All booking expenses including flight, hotel, transportation, & per diem* must be negotiated & paid in full at least 7 days prior to shoot.

Domestic:  Requires at least a 14 day notice.

International: Requires at least a 30 day notice.

*Flights & hotel bookings must be annotated in contract with signed approved by the Matt prior to booking. Transportation must comfortably fit all MattFinish Photography equipment, luggage, & team members if accompanied. Per diem rates will follow the maximum CONUS GSA federal guidelines for the current year.
